Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility criteria:
   • This campaign is open to SSFHOME VIP Members who make a minimum purchase of RM300 at SSFHOME outlets during the campaign period.
2. Promotion duration & details:
   • The promotion will effectively start from 15/03/2024 to 30/04/2024.
   • SSFHOME VIP Member will receive a scratch card upon spending every RM300 purchase at SSFHOME outlets. Each scratch card will reveal instant prizes.
3. Scratch Card:
   • Upon meeting the spending threshold, SSFHOME VIP Members will receive one (1x) scratch card for each qualifying transaction.
   • Multiple scratch cards may be obtained for cumulative purchases exceeding RM300. For example, a purchase of RM600 entitles the member to two (2x) scratch cards, and so forth.
   • Customers who sign up for the SSFHOME VIP membership at RM99.90 and purchase below RM300 will not be entitled to a scratch card, as the minimum spending requirement for scratch card eligibility is RM300.
   • Each scratch card guarantees a prize or gift voucher, which will be revealed upon scratching.
   • Scratch cards can only be redeemed at SSFHOME outlets.
   • Scratch cards and receipts must be presented at the point of prize redemption.
4. Gift voucher redemption:
   • To redeem and activate the gift voucher scratch card at SSFHOME outlets, members must provide the reprinted receipt and the scratched scratch card.
   • The activated gift voucher can only be used in the following month.
   • Gift vouchers cannot be applied to any other ongoing in-store promotions or discounts, including 50% Off Selected, Special VIP Deals, custom-made curtains & curtain accessories, cash voucher purchases, product installation, SSFHOME VIP membership fees, workmanship, and delivery, as well as warehouse sales.
   • Gift vouchers can only be utilized for future purchases at SSFHOME outlets.
   • Each gift voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, or other vouchers
   • Multiple gift vouchers cannot be stackable or combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts as well.
   • Gift vouchers have an expiration date, after which they will expire or lost gift vouchers will not be replaced or extended.
5. SSFHOME products redemption:
   • Prizes won through scratch cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
   • Prizes must be claimed within 14 days from the date of winning.
   • To claim prizes, winners must present the reprinted receipt and the winning scratch card.
   • SSFHOME reserves the right to request additional verification before awarding prizes.
   • Prizes are subject to availability and SSFHOME reserves the right to change the prize without notice.
6. General Terms and Conditions:
   • SSFHOME reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
   • Other terms and conditions may apply.
   • All items are advertised in good faith to be available at the time of the offer. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
   • While great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all prices and descriptions, SSFHOME reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices, especially due to customs duty or other statutory changes that are beyond our control.
