Delivery Policy

  • currently delivers to Peninsular Malaysia only, with the exception of island areas. (Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Redang, Pulau Tioman etc).
  • We normally will have your order processed and products shipped out from our warehouse within 14 working days.
  • Please ensure to key in the correct contact no. and delivery address in order for our team to make contact with you to schedule delivery.
  • In the unlikely occurrence of a wrong or damaged product being delivered, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours.

Delivery Rate

Parcel Delivery (24kg and below) – RM24

Truck Delivery (24.01kg and above):-
Within Klang Valley – RM165
Negeri Sembilan – RM450
Other states – *temporarily unavailable* 

*Weight (kg) is based on either actual weight or volumetric – whichever higher.
*We reserve the right to change our rate at any time without further notice.
*We are restructuring our internal logistic arrangement, therefore the bulky item delivery to outside of Klang Valley will be temporarily unavailable. You may contact us or visit our nearest Showroom to your location if you wish to make a purchase for bulky item

Courier Delivery

  • We will pass the products to our courier delivery partner and first delivery will be attempted without any pre-arranged schedule. In the event of a failed first delivery, there will be a second attempt to deliver your product(s).

Truck Delivery

  • For Bulky Deliveries, your delivery will be scheduled in advance. After order confirmation, our Logistics Department will be in contact with you to arrange a date of delivery
  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the product(s) on the agreed date and time. If no one receives the delivery, we will reschedule another delivery date but with a charged reschedule delivery fee.
  • For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly do so at least 2 days in advanced so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
  • If rescheduling was made in less than 2 days, extra delivery charges will be imposed.
  • Only one-time change at max on the delivery schedule is allowed once you have first confirmed the delivery schedule.
  • In the event where your order cannot be delivered as you are not contactable to schedule or reschedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 14 Days from the date of first attempted failed delivery. Our team will follow up with an email, and if there is no response from there, your order will be cancelled without refunds.

On Hold Order

  • SSF will only hold your order for a maximum of 7 days from the earliest date that your order can be delivered from our warehouse or else there will be a RM25 charge per day with a maximum of 14 Days. In the event where we are not able to contact you to reschedule a delivery towards the end of the holding period, your order will be cancelled without refunds.


  • If you would like us to do product installation, you may opt for the installation service while adding the product to your shopping cart. Our installation service is charged at only 5% of the product price.
