Delivery Policy

  • currently deliver to Peninsular Malaysia only with exception of island area. (Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Redang, Pulau Tioman etc).
  • We normally will have your order processed and products shipped out from our warehouse within 14 working days.
  • Please ensure to key in the correct contact no. and delivery address for our team make contact with you to schedule delivery.
  • In the unlikely occurrence of a wrong product or damaged products being delivered, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours.

Delivery Rate

Parcel Delivery (24kg and below) – RM24
Truck Delivery (25kg and above):
– Within Klang Valley – RM99
– Outside Klang Valley – RM250

*Weight (kg) is based on either actual weight or volumetric – whichever higher.
*We reserve the right to change our rate at any time without further notice.

Courier Delivery

  • We will pass the products to our courier delivery partner and first delivery will be attempted without any pre-arranged schedule. There will be second attempt to delivery if an unlikely occurrence of failed delivery.

Truck Delivery

  • For Bulky Delivery, your delivery will be scheduled in-advance. After order confirmation, our Logistics Department will be in contact with you to arrange for the date of delivery
  • Please ensure that there is someone to receive the product(s) on the agreed date and time. If no one receives the delivery, we will reschedule for another delivery date but with a charged reschedule delivery fee.
  • For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly do so at least 2 days in advanced so that we can make the necessary arrangement.
  • Only one-time change at max on the delivery schedule is allowed once you have first confirmed the delivery schedule.
  • In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to you are not contactable to schedule or reschedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 14 Days from the date of first attempted failed delivery. Our team will follow up with an email and if there is no response from there, your order will be cancelled without refunds.

On Hold Order

  • SSF will only hold your order for a maximum of 7 days from the earliest date that your order can be delivered from our warehouse or else there will be a RM25 charge per day with a maximum of 14 Days. In the event of you are not contactable to reschedule a delivery towards the end of the holding period, your order will be cancelled without refunds.


  • Currently SSF doesn’t not offer option of on-site installation for all products except for products that are stated on our product page or products that are eligible to be offered as a payable installation option during checkout of your order.
  • SSF will not be liable for any mishandling of installation if installation request is done between you and our truck delivery partner.
