Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is exclusively for SSFHOME members and is applied to all SSFHOME outlets except the USJ outlet.
  2. The Gong Day Sale is entitled on all items storewide, excludes Clearance, 50% PWP & RM20 VIP Gift items.
  3. To be eligible for the discount, customers must purchase a minimum of 3 to 5 items for a 10% discount or a minimum of 6 items for a 12% discount.
  4. Discounts are only valid during the SSFHOME Gong Day Celebration from 12 Oct – 12 Nov 2023, both dates inclusive.
  5. The discount cannot be used for prior purchases, combined with other ongoing promotions, or applied to Clearance Sale items, 50% PWP items, or RM20 VIP Gift items.
  6. The discount applies only to the total number of items in a single receipt.
  7. The discount does not apply to product installation fees, workmanship fees, delivery charges, gift card purchases, or membership fees.
  8. All items purchased at a discount during the sale are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  9. No Cashback Voucher will be provided during this promotion, but members can use previously received Cashback Vouchers to redeem purchases.
  10. When spending RM99.90 (nett amount after discount), the customer will receive a complimentary 1-year SSFHOME VIP membership.
  11. The 0% interest IPP method is not available for this sale.
  12. SSFHOME reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion without prior notice.

  14. All items are advertised in good faith to be available during the offer, but unforeseen issues or high demand may occasionally result in items being out of stock.
