Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • This promotion is valid for new and renewing VIP members at SSFHOME outlets.
2. Promotion period:
   • The Rockin’ VIP Radio Deal is applicable from 21/06/2024 and can be availed on the same day as the SSFHOME VIP membership registration date.
3. Radio Selection and Additional e-Voucher:
   • Customers can select from the selected radios and receive additional e-vouchers upon purchase.
   • Each e-voucher is valid for two (2) months from the month after purchase and for one-time use only at SSFHOME outlets. The e-voucher is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, other vouchers, or any other form of credit. Example: Purchase on 21/06/2024 > receive the e-voucher via registered member’s email (will be issued the next day) on 22/06/2024 > redeem on 01/07/2024 – 31/08/2024.
   • Existing VIP members will not be entitled to the e-voucher when purchasing any of the selected radios with member prices for this promotion.
   • E-vouchers will be sent to SSFHOME VIP Members’ registered email addresses.

4. Limitations:
   • Each customer is entitled to one (1) e-voucher per radio purchase on the same day of registration. No quantity limit purchase.
   • This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts or vouchers.
5. Exclusions:
   • Existing VIP members are not eligible for the Rockin’ VIP Radio Deal.
6. Additional Terms:
   • The Rockin’ VIP Radio Deal and e-voucher is also subject to the following restrictions:
     1. Both cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with any other ongoing in-store promotions or discounts, including 50% Off Selected Items, VIP Deals, custom-made curtains & curtain accessories, cash voucher purchases, product installation, SSFHOME VIP membership fees, workmanship, and delivery, as well as warehouse sales.
     2. Total e-vouchers per email must be redeemed in one transaction, however, e-vouchers from multiple emails cannot be combined. The e-vouchers cannot be stackable or combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts as well.

• • E-vouchers have an expiration date, after which they will expire or the lost e-voucher will not be replaced or extended.
  • Please note that the e-voucher amount will depend on the selected item(s) purchased and will be issued when purchases are made during the promotion. We reserve the right to exclude certain products or categories from the voucher rewards at any time, without prior notice.

7. General Terms and Conditions:
   • SSFHOME reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
   • Refunds, returns, and exchange of products are not allowed.
   • Other terms and conditions may apply.
   • All items are advertised in good faith to be available at the time of the offer. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
   • While great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all prices and descriptions, SSFHOME reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices, especially due to customs duty or other statutory changes that are beyond our control.
