A) General Terms

1. The “New Home, New Life” Grand Opening promotion is valid from 29^th January 2026 to 4^th February 2026.
2. This promotion is valid exclusively at the four (4) participating outlets mentioned above..
3. All offers are open to active SSFHOME VIP members only. Customers may sign up for or renew their membership in-store to participate.

B) Star Buy Deals

1. Star Buy deals are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to stock availability.
2. Eligible items are marked with a Star Icon sticker in-store.
3. Star Buy prices are absolute and are not applicable for further discounts, promotional vouchers, or other ongoing sales unless stated otherwise.
4. Items purchased under the Star Buy promotion are non-refundable, no return, and non-exchangeable. Any exceptions are subject to a case-by-case review by SSFHOME management.

C) Refer-A-Friend

1. Both the “Referrer” (Existing VIP) and the “Referee” (New Sign-up) will each receive one (1) SSFHOME Gift Voucher upon successful registration.
2. The Referrer must be an active SSFHOME VIP member.
3. The Referee must sign up for a new VIP membership during the promotion period (29/01/2026 – 04/02/2026) at the four (4) participating outlets mentioned above.
4. Both parties must be present at the counter during the sign-up process.
5. The gift voucher is subject to its own terms of use (e.g., expiry date and minimum spend) as stated on the voucher.
6. Limited to one (1) voucher per new sign-up.

D) Miscellaneous

1. SSFHOME reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. SSFHOME shopping bags are available for purchase at a fixed price. No discounts apply to shopping bags.
3. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and ATOME BNPL only.
4. Strictly no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be allowed for any items purchased during this promotion.
5. While every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of prices and descriptions, SSFHOME reserves the right to correct errors and adjust prices due to changes in custom duties or statutory requirements beyond our control.
