How to Get a Scratch Card

It’s easy to participate! Your eligibility for a scratch card is based on your total spending at any SSFHOME outlet:

• For Furniture Purchases:
  • Spend between RM300 and RM599.95 to receive one scratch card.
  • Spend RM600 and above to receive two scratch cards.
• For Purchases in Other Product Categories:
  • Receive one scratch card for every RM300 you spend.

1. Promotion period

2. Participating outlets
   1. This promotion is valid at all SSFHOME outlets.
3. Eligibility & Participation
   1. This Scratch & Win promotion is exclusively available to SSFHOME VIP members.
   2. To be eligible for a scratch card, a SSFHOME VIP member must make a qualifying purchase in a single receipt at any SSFHOME outlet.
   3. The number of scratch cards issued is based on the total net purchase amount, after all other discounts, vouchers, and promotions have been applied.
   4. Furniture category:
      • Member will receive one (1) scratch card for a purchase between RM300 and RM599.95, and two (2) scratch cards for a purchase of RM600 and above in a single receipt.
      • This offer cannot be combines purchases from other product categories.
   5. Other categories:
      • Members will receive one (1) scratch card for every RM300 spent in a single transaction. Any remaining amount less than RM300 will not be eligible for additional scratch cards. For example, spending RM400 will earn 1 scratch card.
      • This offer cannot be combined purchases from furniture category.
4. Scratch card issuance
   1. Scratch card will be issued at the point of purchase after the transaction is completed.
   2. The cashier will determine the number of scratch card the customer is entitled to base on the total spending in each eligible category (Furniture and Other products)
   3. Furniture and other product category purchases MUST be processed in separate transactions to accurately determine the number of scratch cards to be awarded.
   4. The VIP membership must be valid at the time of purchase.
5. Scratch card redemption
   1. VIP members must scratch the card to reveal the prize.
   2. Prizes must be redeemed immediately at the same outlet where the scratch card was issued.
   3. Prizes are subject to availability. If a prize is out of stock, staff will place an order for the item.
6. Receipt verification
   1. Upon prize redemption, VIP members must present the scratched scratch card and the original receipt or a reprinted receipt to the staff at the redemption counter.
   2. The staff will verify the receipt and the scratch card before awarding the prize. The receipt will then be stamped “REDEEMED”
7. Scratch card collection:
   1. The staff will collect the scratched scratch card and the reprinted receipt (if applicable) after the prize is redeemed.
8. Prize redemption:
   1. All prizes must be redeemed on the same day of purchase and at the same outlet.
   2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Bulk purchase
   1. Voucher Redemption:
      • All vouchers provided as part of any SSFHOME promotion, including, but not limited to, the Scratch & Win campaign, cannot be redeemed on bulk purchases made at a special discounted price.
      • Vouchers may be used for purchases made at retail price, regardless of the quantity purchased.
   2. Eligibility for Scratch & Win cards
      • Scratch & Win cards will not be awarded for any bulk purchase made at a special discounted price.
      • Customers who make bulk purchases at retail price are eligible to receive Scratch & Win cards, subject to the campaign’s rules and availability
   3. General Terms and Conditions
      1. Prizes are subject to availability. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the prizes, SSFHOME reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
      2. All items are advertised in good faith to be available at the time of the offer. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
      3. Refunds, returns, and exchanges of products are not allowed.
      4. This promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise stated.
      5. While great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all prices and descriptions, SSFHOME reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices, especially due to custom duty or other statutory changes that are beyond our control.
      6. SSFHOME reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
