OCTOBER SPENDING SPREE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY

1. Eligibility criteria:
   1. This campaign is open to SSFHOME VIP Members. VIP members can receive a scratch card and bonus voucher upon making net spending of RM300 or more in a single transaction, calculated after deducting any discounts, voucher redemptions, promotions, delivery fees, membership fees, and product installation during the campaign period.
2. October Spending Spree Promotion duration:
   1. The promotion will effectively start from 01/10/2024 to 31/10/2024.
3. Bonus Voucher:
   1. With a minimum net spend amount of RM300, VIP members are entitled to receive a bonus voucher.
   2. The value of the bonus voucher increases with the amount spent, allowing VIP members to receive higher voucher amounts for higher spending levels. However, promotion items such as spend & get e-Gift Voucher, Hot Items, 50% Selected Items, Buy 1 Free 1, as well as SSFHOME VIP Membership fee, Product delivery, and Product installation are not eligible to generate the Bonus Voucher.
   3. The bonus voucher redemption is based on the net receipt amount.
   4. The redemption validity period starts from 01/11/2024 until 31/12/2024.
   5. To redeem the bonus voucher, VIP members must provide the original voucher which is only applicable for in-store purchases.
   6. The bonus voucher cannot be applied to any other ongoing in-store promotions or discounts, including 50% Off Selected, Special VIP Deals, cash voucher purchases, product installation, SSFHOME VIP membership fees, workmanship, and delivery, as well as warehouse sales.
   7. The bonus voucher can only be utilized for future purchases at SSFHOME outlets.
   8. Each bonus voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, or other vouchers
   9. Multiple bonus vouchers cannot be stacked or combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
   10. The bonus voucher has an expiration date, after which it will expire or be lost, the bonus voucher will not be replaced or extended.
4. Scratch Card:
   1. The number of scratch cards will be issued based on the net receipt amount, excluding vouchers, delivery charges, product installations, workmanship, and VIP membership fees.
   2. Upon meeting the spending threshold, SSFHOME VIP Members will receive one (1x) scratch card for each qualifying transaction.
   3. Multiple scratch cards may be obtained for cumulative purchases exceeding the net amount of RM300. For example, a purchase of a net amount of RM600 entitles the member to two (2x) scratch cards, and so forth.
   4. Customers who sign up for the SSFHOME VIP membership and make a purchase below the net amount of RM300 will not be entitled to a scratch card, as the minimum spending requirement for scratch card eligibility is a net amount of RM300.
   5. Each scratch card guarantees a prize or gift voucher, which will be revealed upon scratching.
   6. Scratch cards can only be redeemed at SSFHOME outlets.
   7. Scratch cards and receipts must be presented at the point of prize redemption.
5. Gift voucher redemption:
   1. The gift voucher redemption is based on the net receipt amount.
   2. To redeem and activate the gift voucher scratch card at SSFHOME outlets, members must provide the reprinted receipt and the scratched scratch card.
   3. The activated gift voucher can only be used in the following month, starting on 01/11/2024 until 31/12/2024.
   4. Gift vouchers cannot be applied to any other ongoing in-store promotions or discounts, including 50% Off Selected, Special VIP Deals, cash voucher purchases, product installation, SSFHOME VIP membership fees, workmanship, and delivery, as well as warehouse sales.
   5. Gift vouchers can only be utilized for future purchases at SSFHOME outlets.
   6. Each gift voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, or other vouchers
   7. Multiple gift vouchers cannot be stacked or combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts as well.
   8. Gift vouchers have an expiration date, after which they will expire or be lost, the gift voucher will not be replaced or extended.
6. SSFHOME products redemption:
   1. If the product is not currently in stock, once it becomes available for collection, it is necessary to redeem it by the deadline of 30/11/2024.
   2. Prizes won through scratch cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
   3. Prizes must be claimed on the spot. Extension is not allowed.
   4. To claim prizes, winners must present the reprinted receipt and the winning scratch card.
   5. SSFHOME reserves the right to request additional verification before awarding prizes.
   6. Prizes are subject to availability and SSFHOME reserves the right to change the prize without notice.
7. Bulk Purchase
   1. Voucher Redemption:
      1. All vouchers provided as part of any SSFHOME promotion, including but not limited to the Scratch & Win campaign, cannot be redeemed on bulk purchases made at a special discount price.
      2. Vouchers are eligible for use on purchases made at retail pricing, regardless of the quantity purchased.
   2. Eligibility for Scratch & Win cards
      1. Scratch & Win cards will not be given for any bulk purchase with a special discount price.
      2. Customers who purchase in bulk at retail price are eligible to receive Scratch & Win cards, subject to the campaign’s rules and availability
8. General Terms and Conditions:
   1. SSFHOME reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
   2. Refunds, returns, and exchanges of products are not allowed.
   3. Other terms and conditions may apply.
   4. All items are advertised in good faith to be available at the time of the offer. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
   5. While great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all prices and descriptions, SSFHOME reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices, especially due to customs duty or other statutory changes that are beyond our control.

RM20 SSFHOME VIP MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The RM20 SSFHOME VIP Membership promotion is valid from 01/10/2024 to 31/10/2024.
2. This offer is exclusive to SSFHOME customers and applies to new sign-ups or renewed SSFHOME VIP Membership only. Each membership is associated with a single identification card.
3. The RM20 membership fee covers a 1-year VIP Membership period from the date of sign-up. Please note that the voucher and Free Gift are not included.
4. Existing VIP Members are not eligible to renew their membership early at the RM20 promotional rate. Renewed memberships will commence from the existing membership expiration date as per the original terms.
5. The SSFHOME VIP Membership benefits include exclusive discounts, early access to promotions, special member-only offers, and more.
6. This offer excludes custom-made curtains, custom-made curtain accessories, voucher purchases, product installation, workmanship, delivery, and warehouse sales. Certain products or categories may be excluded at our discretion without prior notice.
