1. Eligibility criteria:
   1. This campaign is open to SSFHOME VIP Members. VIP members are eligible to receive a Scratch & Win card upon making a net spending of RM300 or more in a single transaction, calculated after deducting any discounts, voucher redemptions, or promotions during the campaign period.
2. Promotion duration:
   1. The promotion will effectively start from 04/09/2024 to 30/09/2024.
3. Scratch Card:
   1. The number of scratch cards will be issued based on the net receipt amount, excluding delivery charges, product installations, workmanship, and VIP membership fees.
   2. Upon meeting the spending threshold, SSFHOME VIP Members will receive one (1x) scratch card for each qualifying transaction.
   3. Multiple scratch cards may be obtained for cumulative purchases exceeding net amount of RM300. For example, a purchase of net amount of RM600 entitles the member to two (2x) scratch cards, and so forth.
   4. Customers who sign up for the SSFHOME VIP membership and make a purchase below net amount of RM300 will not be entitled to a scratch card, as the minimum spending requirement for scratch card eligibility is net amount of RM300.
   5. Each scratch card guarantees a prize or gift voucher, which will be revealed upon scratching.
   6. Scratch cards can only be redeemed at SSFHOME outlets.
   7. Scratch cards and receipts must be presented at the point of prize redemption.
4. Gift voucher redemption:
   1. The gift voucher redemption is based on net receipt amount.
   2. To redeem and activate the gift voucher scratch card at SSFHOME outlets, member must provide the reprinted receipt and the scratched scratch card.
   3. The activated gift voucher can only be used in the following month starting on 01/10/2024 and is valid for 2 months.
   4. Gift voucher cannot be applied to any other ongoing in-store promotions or discounts, including 50% Off Selected, Special VIP Deal, cash voucher purchases, product installation, SSFHOME VIP membership fees, workmanship, and delivery, as well as warehouse sales.
   5. Gift voucher can only be utilized for future purchases at SSFHOME outlets.
   6. Each gift voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, or other vouchers
   7. Multiple gift vouchers cannot be stackable or combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts as well.
   8. Gift voucher have an expiration date, after which they will expire or lost gift voucher will not be replaced or extended.
5. SSFHOME products redemption:
   1. If the product is not currently in stock, once it becomes available for collection, it is necessary to redeem it by the deadline of 31/10/2024.
   2. Prizes won through scratch cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
   3. Prizes must be claimed on the spot. Extension is not allowed.
   4. To claim prizes, winners must present the reprinted receipt and the winning scratch card.
   5. SSFHOME reserves the right to request additional verification before awarding prizes.
   6. Prizes are subject to availability and SSFHOME reserves the right to change the prize without notice.
6. General Terms and Conditions:
   1. SSFHOME reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
   2. Other terms and conditions may apply.
   3. All items are advertised in good faith to be available at the time of the offer. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
   4. While great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all prices and descriptions, SSFHOME reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices, especially due to custom duty or other statutory changes that are beyond our control.
