From 1st of October 2025 onwards, you can choose from 3 interest-free payments, or opt for more time with a small installment rate with Atome. All fees are clearly displayed in the app when you transact. You’ll pay the first payment at the point of purchase, and subsequent payments monthly. Earn 1 Atome+ point for every RM1 spent. Collect Atome+ points to offset transactions or redeem from a wide selection of rewards in the Atome app.

Eligibility

• The Atome payment option is available to all customers of SSFHOME who meet Atome’s eligibility criteria, which may include but are not limited to, being a legal resident and a valid holder of an eligible debit or credit card.
• The minimum transaction value for a purchase using Atome is RM300. Purchases below this amount are not eligible for this payment option.
• All purchases are subject to instant approval by Atome. SSFHOME is not responsible for any rejection of an Atome payment.

Payment Structure

• The total purchase value will be split equally as per customer’s payment period they select, interest-free payments.
• The first payment is due at the time of purchase.
• The remaining payments will be charged automatically to your linked card every 30 days.
• SSFHOME does not charge any interest or additional fees for using this service. Any fees incurred for late payments are charged directly by Atome, and customers should refer to the Atome Terms of Service for full details.

Products & Promotions

• The Atome payment option is valid for all SSFHOME products.
• The following items and services are typically excluded from Atome’s payment services:
  1. SSFHOME VIP Membership fees
  2. Transportation fees
  3. Product installation fees

Return, Refund, and Exchange

• Returns & Exchange of products are handled according to SSFHOME’s standard return & exchange policy. Please refer to the SSFHOME outlet staff or customer service for clarification.
• The returned or exchanged product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Customers must keep their SSFHOME purchase receipt. It is required for any return or exchange.
• Product exchanges depend on stock availability and SSFHOME’s exchange rules.
• For damaged product, please contact the SSFHOME outlet or customer service. A damage assessment will be made, and a decision will be made regarding repair, replacement, or refund.

General Terms

• SSFHOME and Atome reserve the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• SSFHOME and Atome shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from participation in this promotion.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of SSFHOME and Atome shall be final and binding.
• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
