   1. Customers will receive a 10% discount on the total purchase amount at the point of sale.
   2. This discount is only applicable at SSFHOME Warehouse Sale located at Hap Seng Business Park (Block B – Carpark)
   3. SSFHOME shopping bags are available for purchase at a fixed price. No discounts apply to shopping bags.
4. Payment
   1. To redeem the discount, customers are required to pay only 90% of the final discounted price.
   2. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
   3. Payment methods accepted include cash, and credit/debit cards.
5. Product Availability & Conditions
   1. Offers are valid while stocks last.
   2. Items may include display units, discontinued products, or items with minor defects.
   3. All products are sold on an “as-is” basis.
6. Returns and Exchanges
   1. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed for items purchased during the warehouse sale.
   2. Customers are encouraged to inspect products thoroughly before purchase.
7. Delivery and Pickup
   1. Delivery service is not provided. Customers are responsible for arranging their own delivery or transport.
