      1. Members: Existing and new members SSFHOME VIP members will receive a 50% discount applied to the displayed member price or offer price of non-promotional and clearance items.
      2. Non-members: Non-members will receive a 50% discount applied to the original retail price of non-promotional and clearance items.
   2. Exclusions: This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated otherwise by SSFHOME.
4. 30% Off Hot Items, Member Special, and Selected Items Offer:
   1. Applicability: This offer applies to items specifically marked as “hot items”, items included in “Member Special” promotions, and specifically designated “Selected Items Offer” (hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Items”). SSFHOME reserves the right to determine the items included in these categories.
   2. Discount Application:
      1. Members: Existing and new members will receive a 30% discount applied to the displayed member price or offer price of Promotional Items.
      2. Non-members: Non-members will receive a 30% discount applied to the original retail price of Promotional Items.
      3. Clarification on Member Pricing: For Promotional Items, the member price or offer price already reflects a special value for members. The additional 30% discount will be applied to this already reduced price.
      4. Exclusions: This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers beyond what is already incorporated in the “Member Special” or “Selected Items Offer” pricing, unless explicitly stated otherwise by SSFHOME.

5. Exclusions of Other Promotions:
   1. For clarity, items offered under the following promotions will remain as is, and no additional discounts from this promotion (neither the 50% off nor the 30% off) will be applied to them:

6. SSFHOME shopping bags are available for purchase at a fixed price. No discounts apply to shopping bags.
7. No minimum purchase value is required to avail of the discount.
8. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
9. The discount is subject to product availability.
10. All items are subject to availability. SSFHOME does not guarantee that all items will be in stock throughout the sale period. Items will be sold on a “first come, first served” basis. SSFHOME reserves the right to limit quantity of items purchased per customer.
