1. Eligibility criteria:
   99. SSFHOME Play & Win is exclusively available for VIP members only. Membership is required at RM99.90/year and participate in the games.
2. Gameplay:
   1. VIP members can enjoy unlimited purchases of the selected products through these gameplays in the SSFHOME Play & Win campaign.
   2. The SSFHOME Play & Win campaign effectively starts from 01/06/2024 until further notice.
   3. All members are expected to adhere to game rules & regulations and refrain from any form of cheating or unfair practices.
3. Winning Prizes:
   1. There are four (4x) prizes available: Free Purchase, 50% OFF, 25% OFF, and Member Price.
   2. For the Golf Putting game, VIP Members are eligible for a maximum of three (3x) Free Purchase wins per day per member.
   3. E-Gift vouchers will not be issued on Free Purchase, 50% OFF, and 25% OFF winning prize of product.
4. Prize redemption:
   1. VIP Members should return to the cashier with the filled VIP Play Card to redeem their prize, which includes the product(s) won with their winnings – Free Purchase, 50% OFF, 25% OFF, Member Price.
   2. Prizes must be claimed and redeemed on the same day at the same SSFHOME outlet. Each winning item per receipt. Extensions are not allowed.
   3. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or vouchers.
   4. Prizes cannot be applied to any other ongoing in-store promotions or discounts, including 50% Off Selected, Special VIP Deals, custom-made curtains & curtain accessories, cash voucher purchases, product installation, SSFHOME VIP membership fees, workmanship, and delivery, as well as warehouse sales.
   5. Multiple prizes cannot be combined or stacked with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
5. General Terms and Conditions:
   1. SSFHOME reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
   2. Refunds, returns, and exchange of products are not allowed.
   3. Other terms and conditions may apply.
   4. All items are advertised in good faith to be available at the time of the offer. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
   5. While great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all prices and descriptions, SSFHOME reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices, especially due to customs duty or other statutory changes that are beyond our control.
