Delivery Policy

• ssfhome.com currently delivers to Peninsular Malaysia only, with the exception of island areas. (Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Redang, Pulau Tioman etc).
• We normally will have your order processed and products ready to ship from our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days.
• Please ensure to provide the correct contact number and delivery address for delivery schedule arrangement and to avoid unsuccessful delivery attempt and additional service fees.
• In the unlikely occurrence of a wrong or damaged product being delivered, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days from the date you received your order.

*Weight (kg) is based on either actual weight or volumetric – whichever higher.
*We reserve the right to change our rate at any time without further notice.
*If no delivery option available to your location, you may contact us or visit the nearest SSFHOME outlet.

• We will pass the products to our courier delivery partner and first delivery will be attempted without any pre-arranged schedule. In the event of a failed first delivery, there will be a second attempt to deliver your product(s).

• For truck delivery, your delivery will be scheduled in advance. After order confirmation, our Logistics Department will be in contact with you to arrange a date of delivery.
• Please ensure that someone is available to receive the product(s) on the agreed date and time. If no one receives the delivery, we will reschedule another delivery date but with a charged reschedule delivery fee.
• For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly do so at least 2 days in advanced so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
• If rescheduling was made in less than 2 days, extra delivery charges will be imposed.
• Only one-time change at max on the delivery schedule is allowed once you have first confirmed the delivery schedule.
• In the event where your order cannot be delivered as you are not contactable to schedule or reschedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 14 Days from the date of first attempted failed delivery. Our team will follow up with an email, and if there is no response from there, your order will be cancelled without refunds.

• Additional delivery service fees may be applied under specific circumstances. Our customer service team will get in touch with you to provide further details and assist related additional payments. Please refer to the table below for further details:

• For condominiums / apartments that impose entrance restriction on 3-tonne lorry, additional delivery service fee of RM165 will be charged for carrying from the guard house to the customer house. Kindly refer to the list of related condominiums / apartments below:
