SHIPPING POLICY
- SSFHOME.COM currently ships within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only.
- SSFHOME.COM provides Delivery of Bulky Product(s) and Courier Delivery only.
- Your purchased product(s) normally will take 7-working days to reach. However, please allow some delays for bulky furniture.
- In the unlikely occurrence of a wrong product or damaged products being delivered, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48hours and a replacement will be shipped to you.
Delivery of Bulky Product(s)
- For Bulky Delivery, your delivery will be scheduled in-advance. After order confirmation, our Logistics Department will call 2-days before the delivery proposed date
- Please ensure that there is someone to receive the product(s) on the pre-agreed date and time. If no one receives the delivery, reschedule delivery fee will be charged.
- For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly do so at least 1-day in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangement.
- One-time changes on schedule is allowed once you have confirmed the delivery schedule.
- In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to you not being contactable to schedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 14- Days from the date of first attempted failed delivery. If there is no response, your order will be cancelled without refunds.
Courier Delivery:
- For door-to-door delivery, we will attempt delivery of your order as soon as your order is ready for delivery. The first delivery will be attempted without any pre-arranged schedule.
- We will deliver your order to your door-step or someone you have authorized to receive the order on your behalf.
On Hold Order:
- SSF Sdn Bhd will only hold your order for a maximum of 7-days from the earliest date that your order can be delivered from our warehouse or else there will be a RM25 charge per day.
