1. Self-collection on your orders is available.
  2. During checkout process, select “Pickup From Store” from delivery option, then select preferable SSF @ showroom to do the pickup.
  3. An email / call will be given to inform the date & time for collection.
  4. Your order will ONLY be available for pickup @ SSF showroom within the period stated in your Invoice E-Mail Notification.
  5. An invoice hard copy shall be presented to cashier counter upon pick up.
  6. All uncollected orders will automatically be cancelled at the end of the pickup period. A 70% refund will also be issued, kindly refer to the “Refund” policy.

  1. Invoice hard copy are required for pick up to be done.
  2. Pickup from store requires few days for processing, could not be pick up immediately.
  3. Self- collection can only be done within the notified period. Please call our customer service if there are changes of time required.
  4. In the event, if the purchaser would like to authorize another person to collect on behalf. SSF reserves the rights to reject collection by the unauthorized person and/or if the following criteria is not fulfilled -:
  • Purchaser need to provide the authorized person name (as per MYKAD) and IC number at the “add comment about your order” column before checkout.
  • During collection, the authorized person needs to bring along the E-INVOICE and present MYKAD for verification to collect the product(s).
