EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

– Once again THANK YOU for shopping at SSFHOME.com. We hope you love your purchase.

  • When delivered goods are damaged or wrongly sent, customer have to submit us a CLAIM FORM and able to request for either REFUND, EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE, provided our return policy conditions are met.
  • com will not entertain cancellations for order that is confirmed and paid.
  • Order will only be cancelled due to the unavailability of products or our inability to deliver the products within the agreed time frame.
  • Customer can submit for claim via “Contact Us”, and fill in your request in the “Feedback” Column.
  • All returns must be approved by SSFHOME.COM before proceeding with the following step.
  • Claim for returns must be done within 7 days from the date of goods received.

– Please note that returns policy does not apply on promotional items and textile products such as towel, bed sheet, comforter and etc.

– Kindly ensure that upon return, all items are in their original packaging, unused, unassembled, with labels and all accessories intact. Refund items that does not meet these criteria will not be entertained.

– For all types of claims, please attach our original invoices and dispatch note together with your product(s).

 

WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

Requisition of returns must submit to SSFHOME.com “Contact Us” and fill the “Feedback” column within seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods are received. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item in your package.
  • You received the wrong size in your package.
  • You received the wrong colour in your package.
  • You received a defect item in your package.

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENT FOR RETURN:

  • You have proof of purchase (Invoice & Dispatch Note).
  • The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals & labels) and any free gifts received with it.
  • The product must not have been used or assembled.

 

UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS IS/ARE THE PRODUCT NON-RETURNABLE?

  1. In the Interests of HYGIENE ITEMS, such as towel, bed sheets, pillows, comforter.
  2. Once Used: All Electrical & kitchen appliances, Mattresses and Assembled Furniture.
  3. Items which contain a security seal that has been broken or tampered with.
  4. If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid. One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchange product will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless faulty.

 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

  • We believe that in order to provide the best online shopping experience, our customers should NOT have to pay for return shipping for faulty products upon arrival.
  • Our SSFHOME.com department will verify and assess the return reason and arrange a free return pick-up for you if you contact us within 7days upon receiving the goods.
  • We do our best to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
