Strictly no cancellation and no amendments allowed once the order has been confirmed. Hence it is very important to ensure your details are entered correctly, product(s) chosen (colour, measurement) are indeed correct.
If you have received any damaged, incorrect product or missing product(s), please reach out to our Customer Service team within 48 hours from the date you received your order. The team will be assisting you on your issue.
Upon contacting Customer Service team, please attach pictures or videos of the affected product for verification purposes before proceeding with the investigation.
Please ensure that your products meet all of the following returnable conditions:
- The product must not have been used or assembled.
- The product must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals & labels).
- SSF will not entertain any request of return or exchange due to difference in shades of colour, unless colour of product(s) received are completely different from what was described or shown in the picture in ssfhome.com.
- Damage caused by improper self-installation.
- Any gift/premium product received shall be returned upon returning the purchased product. If this item is not returned together, the customer needs to pay for the value of the gift/premium product.
- All returns request must be approved before proceeding with the following step.
- The return or exchange of a purchased product must be reported to the Customer Service team within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product. Hence, please ensure order(s) received are thoroughly checked.
- SSF showrooms will not accept any returned/damaged/exchange product(s) sold through ssfhome.com.
- SSF reserve the right to reject any returns if the product does not meet all of the above conditions and if it’s no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and our policies at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions, including our policies will be posted on our Platform and be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
Non-exchangeable products include:
Pillows, Bolster, Cushion Covers & Inserts, Bedding Covers, Towels, Mats, Bathroom Accessories and other hygiene related products.
How to Exchange?
Contact us through the various platform offered here and our helpful Customer Service team will attend to you and perform a few of verification based on your requested purpose.
Should the verification have been performed and your exchange request is approved, you are required to fill in an Exchange Form provided by our Customer Service team.
Once the Online Exchange Form is filled and returned to our Customer Service Team, you will be contacted within 48-hours for next course of actions.
Please be reminded that exchanged products that does not meet the Exchange Eligibility conditions will be rejected.
