Policy of Personal Data Collected by SSF Group of Companies

1.    We collect personal information when you register with us or in the course of your dealings with us. As we take your personal information seriously, we append herewith our private policy which explains to you how we use any personal information we collect about you.

2.    What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you register with us at any of our outlets for purposes of membership/ loyalty programme and/or when you make any query or place any order of our products. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete our customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.

The information that we collect may include information pertaining to your name, age, identity card number, nationality, passport number, address, gender, date of birth, marital status, race, occupation, income range, name of company, contact information and email address.

3.    How will we use this information about you?

We retain, use and process information about you to process your membership card, to keep a record and manage your loyalty points, to manage your accounts with us, for our internal record keeping and to email/SMS you about other products or services which we think may be of interest to you.

We may also share your information with our group of companies for marketing purposes so that they may offer you their products and services. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies which are no related to us.

In processing your order, we may send your information to, and also use information from the credit or financial institutions and/or fraud prevention agencies.

4.    Marketing and your rights to withdraw your consent

We would like to send you information about our products, services, new openings of other outlets of ours and other companies in our group which may be of interest to you.

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your information to other companies of our group by sending your request to us at customer@ssf.com.my .

5.    Consequence as a result of failure to supply your personal information

The failure to supply your personal information or your withdrawal of consent for us to retain, use and process your data will result in us being unable to –

(a)    keep a record and manage your loyalty points;
(b)    manage your accounts with us; and
(c)    email you about other products or services which we think may be of interest to you.

6.    Your rights to access to your information and correction

You have the right to request for a copy of the personal information that we retained about you. If you would like to have a copy of some or all your personal information, please send in your request to us at customer@ssf.com.my.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. If there is any changes of your personal information, kindly write to inform us to correct or remove information about you which is no longer accurate.
