Self Collect, Shipping Payment & Refund Policy
SELF-COLLECTION (NO SHIPPING FEE for SELF-COLLECTION)
1. Self-collection on your orders is available.
You can save the costs of delivery by picking up your order at our showroom.
2. Please tick the “Pickup From Store” option during your check out process.
You will receive a message from us when your order is ready.
3. We encourage self-collection by the Purchaser.
In the event, if the purchaser would like to authorize another person to collect on behalf, the following criteria must be met. SSF reserves the rights to reject collection by the unauthorized person and/or if the following criteria is not fulfilled -:
• Purchaser need to provide the authorized person name (as per MYKAD) and IC number at the “add comment about your order” column.
• During collection, the authorized person needs to bring along the E-INVOICE and present MYKAD for verification to collect the product(s).
1. We will e-mail/call you to inform you the date and time of collection.
2. Your order will ONLY be available for pickup @ SSF showroom within the period stated in your Invoice E-Mail Notification.
3. When picking up your order, please print out and present your invoice at the Cashier Counter.
4. We are unable to support a change of pickup location
5. All uncollected orders will automatically be cancelled at the end of the pickup period. A 70% refund will also
be issued, kindly refer to the “Refund” policy.

1. SSFHOME.com currently ships within West Malaysia only.
2. For shipping or courier service, we will use reputable companies only.
If you are a registered E-Member in SSFHOME.com, you can keep track on your order status at “My Account”.
All orders requires a receivers signature in order to minimize the chances of missing shipment
3. It is the customer's obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.
Should you enter the wrong address, SSFHOME.com is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We deliver all orders every WORKING DAY from MONDAY to FRIDAY. Detail timeline as below:
• 1 - 2 days packing and handling from SSF warehouse.
• 3 - 5 days for Courier Company to reach customer at Peninsular Malaysia
If you prefer to self-collect at SSF Showroom, please allow a maximum of 7 working days for the goods to reach appointed showroom at Peninsular Malaysia.
All products ordered will be packaged appropriately for deliveries. Our Quality Control department will check every item carefully before proceed, we will provide secure packaging for each package.
EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at SSFHOME.com. We hope you love your purchase. However, when goods are faulty or wrongly described, you are welcome to choose between a refunds, exchange, or credit note, provided our return policy conditions are met.
Please note that SSFHOME.com does not entertain cancellations once an order is confirmed and paid. If an order is cancelled due to the unavailability of products or our inability to deliver the products within the agreed time frame.
All returns must be approve by from SSFHOME.com department before proceeding to the next step. Customer need to submit the requisition via “Contact Us” and fill the “Feedback” column. All requisition of returns must be done within 7 days from the date of goods received. Please note that returns policy does not apply to promotional items and textile products such as towel, bed sheet, comforter and etc.
Kindly ensure that all items are in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and with labels and all accessories intact. All products must be returned in good condition. Refund items that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.
For all types of claims, please attach our original invoices and dispatch note together with your product(s).
WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Requisition of returns must submit to SSFHOME.com “Contact Us” and fill the “Feedback” column within seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:
You received the wrong item in your package.
You received a defect item in your package.
And the general requirements for returns are as follows:
1. You have proof of purchase (order ID and invoice number).
2. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals) and any free gifts received with it.
3. The product must not have been used or installed.
Under what conditions is/are the product non-returnable:
1. In the interests of hygiene items such as towel, bed sheets, pillows, comforter cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
2. Once Used: All Electrical & kitchen appliances, Mattresses and Assembled Furniture.
3. Items which contain a security seal that has been broken or tampered with.
4. If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid. One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchange product will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless faulty.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping for faulty products on date of arrival. Our SSFHOME.com department will verify and assess the return reason and arrange a free return pick-up for you if you contact us on the arrival date.
We do our best to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
